When purchasing a template from us, you’ll immediately receive a digital download link to a Template Resources PDF. You can peruse this document while we get your template set up in Squrespace and invite you to it using the email provided in the checkout form.
Within 48 hours of purchase, you’ll receive an email from Squarespace to accept the template as a new website, this template will not be added to an existing website. You will also receive a welcome email from us with the same invitation link.
We will always do our best to have your template sent within 48 hours, but please understand that this time frame may vary due to potential unforeseen circumstances and although unlikely, we can’t guarantee that it won’t take longer. Squarespace has great live chat and email support, as well as a large library of tutorials and resources if you get stuck with anything related to the Squarespace platform itself.
