When purchasing a template from us, you’ll immediately receive a digital download link to a Welcome PDF.
Within 48 hours of purchase, you’ll receive an invitation from Squarespace to the email provided in the checkout form prompting you to accept the template as a new website. Note that this template will not be added to an existing website. You will also receive a welcome email from us with the same invitation link.
We will always do our best to have your template sent within 48 hours, but please understand that this time frame may vary due to potential unforeseen circumstances and although unlikely, we can’t guarantee that it won’t take longer. From there, you can accept your invitation, customize, and launch your new site!

Your template purchase comes with the following support included, valid for 6 months after purchase. Any support after this time will be at an extra cost.

Your template purchase does not include support with Squarespace itself, your Squarespace account, or design decisions on your website. Squarespace has great live chat and email support, as well as a large library of tutorials and resources if you get stuck with anything related to the Squarespace platform itself.
